AUSTIN BRIAN TAYLOR: Austin is excited to saddle up as Zechariah! He started acting in way back in middle school before earning his BFA at the University of Texas Austin in 2024, Hook ‘em Horns! Some favorite past roles include Mercutio in “Romeo & Juliet,” Constable Warren in “Our Town,” and multiple characters in “Sonnets for an Old Century.” Outside the theatre, Austin serves as the GM for the live play D&D podcast “Throws of Fate.” He loves the endless ways performers can uniquely embody a role and is especially excited for audiences to experience this show’s sharp wit and physical comedy.

ELEANOR CONNIFF: Eleanor is thrilled to take the stage as Gumption Goforth! Her acting career began in community theatre at the age of 10 before studying Theatre Performance at Xavier University. Her past credits include The Wizard of Oh No for Hollywood Fringe 2025, 1984 with Robo & Bash, and August Osage County at Upstairs El Centro. Eleanor loves creating an entirely new world where both actors and audiences choose to imagine together. She’s especially excited for audiences to experience the show’s playful challenge to traditional gender roles.

MAIA LUER: Maia is thrilled to be joining the cast as Lucky Chancellor! She first caught the acting bug in middle school community theatre, later falling in love with musicals and Shakespeare before eventually studying theatre in college. Some of her favorite past productions include “Branwell (and the Other Brontes)” with Loft Ensemble, “Titus Kills” with Day for Knight Productions, and “Muse of Fire” with Foolish Production Co. Maia loves the immersive magic of performance and sharing meaningful new perspectives with audiences.

MATTHEW SINGLETON: Matthew is excited to bring Bosco McMurtry to life on stage! He first discovered acting in the 4th grade with a performance as the Grinch and later went on to study theatre at Columbia College Chicago. Much of his stage work comes from Chicago, including The Plea at Black Ensemble Theater. He has also understudied at Steppenwolf and Northlight Theatre in This is Modern Art and Butler. Matthew loves the joy of stepping into someone else’s life and is especially excited for audiences to experience the spirited romance of Bosco.

MEGAN CACCAMO: Megan is thrilled to join the cast as Sinestrina Sabotazhay! She first discovered acting in high school before falling in love with the craft while studying Theatre at Columbia College. Her previous credits include “A Few Good Men,” “Boys Next Door,” and “Love Loss and What I Wore,” along with performing in the 2023 Fringe production “Unmasked Anonymous.” Megan loves the immersive and deeply human experience of acting and is especially excited for audiences to witness Sinestrina’s gleeful sadist nature. Some people thrive in the light, but Trina basks in the dark…almost as if she derives some bit of…pleasure from it.

OLGA KAMYSHOK: Olga is delighted to step behind the bar as Barbara “Barkeep” Keepington! She began performing on stage at just four years old and has never left the spotlight since. Her past work includes productions of plays by Chekhov, Dürrenmatt, and Slapovsky, along with directing Jean Cocteau’s “Orpheus” and producing short films for festivals across Los Angeles. Olga loves the magic that happens when actors and audiences become immersed in the story together. She’s especially excited for audiences to experience this production’s unique take on the Wild West.

DUSTY BOOTS: Dusty can’t stop wagging his tail in excitement at playing himself on stage. After background work and a key role in a Chev-rolf-et campaign, he formally studied drama at the Royal Conservatoire of Scottish Terrier Land in Edin-bark. He was a replacement in the 2023 touring production of Into the Woods as Jack, before his supporting role in the Oscar winning film Emelia Pawrez (as one of her children). His favorite part of performing is when people give him treats for being such a good boy.

DIRECTOR’S NOTE

Howdy Y’all!

I am filled with so much joy that I had the opportunity to work with this hilarious cast. When I was asked to direct PIPPP, I could immediately see the slapstick, silly comedy that I grew up with. My inspiration was John Ritter in Noises Off, Blazing Saddles, and anything from Mischief Theatre. I knew I wanted to accentuate the script with sound effects, meta moments, and additional physical gags. But underneath the comedy is the unique idea that anyone can play anyone on stage and that gender is stereotyped within culture, so why not break the rules and create our own? Thank you for stopping by the saloon and watching the show!
